Learn to Draw and Learn to Paint at Home at Your Own Pace Entirely via the WEB
A Description of the Art Course on Our Sister WEB Site:
" Interactive Art School" - the description follows, much more is on the school site and you would enroll there.

A Revolutionary Way to Learn to Draw & Paint
Student uses the Digital Camera (supplied by the school with their Art Textbooks and Art Supplies) to take digital photos of  their completed assigned Lesson Artwork for each lesson. The student then sends those photos as email attachments to teacher who draws and paints and comments on the work & posts the critique of each lesson on the school WEB site . . .a personalized
How-To-Do-It-Better Critique for the student to view 24/7/365

How the Interactive Art School Art Course works:

1. Student enrolls on our WEB site
2. School sends student 10 art textbooks, initial art supplies and a digital camera*
3. Student gets their Lesson Assignments on the school WEB site from their  Personal Folder there.
4. Student does assigned drawings/paintings and takes digital photos of their artwork with the camera school supplies to students in #1 above.
5. Student sends digital images of their artwork to the school as email attachments.
6. Teacher creates a personalized drawn/painted critique of each Lesson Assignment artworks and post that critique to the Student's Personal WEB folder on the school WEB site for them to study and print out 24 hours a day/seven days a week, 365 days a year.
* If student already has a digital camera, course fee is reduced by $100

Your drawing lessons are divided into a six-lesson curriculum and include all the initial art supplies and materials you will need to learn how to draw and how to oil paint. Once you have registered and completed the enrollment questionnaire, your 10 textbooks, digital camera, personal access code to the students’ area, and your materials kit will be mailed to you.

You have up to 30 months (2-1/2 years) to complete the art course.

Art Instructor Critiques

Each of your drawing lessons will receive a customized art instructor critique in order to help you improve and expand as you learn how to draw and how to oil paint. Critiques will use the following format:

  • Your digital camera image.
  • Art Instructor’s comments.
  • Instructor’s visual suggestions for improvement.
  • Links to images and/or information on the Web that you will find useful.
  • Possible animations to clarify points and offer instruction.

Art critiques are cumulative, printable and will remain on the site at the online art school for three years. You will also receive a CD-ROM copy of all critiques upon graduation. Art critiques can be placed in a common area where other students can learn from them, or in a private area for only your viewing.
